- Consult with stakeholders to determine needs.
- Establish criteria for participation in a junior golf development program.
- Assess and select the type of program relevant to the participants' age and experience.
- Establish criteria for participation in the program types selected in consultation with relevant personnel and according to organisational policies and procedures and the local requirements of host facilities.
- Convey criteria for participation to potential participants.
- Encourage potential participants to clarify eligibility criteria as required.
- Plan and implement junior development programs.
- Identify and assess alternative program formats suitable for the specified group.
- Select a program format that meets the objectives of the group according to the rules and regulations of golf and requirements of the individual host facility.
- Prepare and implement budgets for the programs according to organisational policies and procedures.
- Identify and access resources required to conduct the programs.
- Monitor and document progression across all programs and make modifications as required.
- Promote junior golf programs.
- Evaluate the programs.
